Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, intimate products, and customized items are non-returnable.

  • Provide order details and reason for the return.

  • Ship the item back to us; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available if the product is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report damaged/incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
